How did we ever make it without Barney? Bailey adores him and he fits in our family just like he's been here forever. He's a total joy.

We were both worried if we could handle two, but it's just double the love.

Barney and Bailey, waiting for Daddy to come home.

Glad to hear things are really working out well. They look like two peas in a pod.

Thanks for this post. We're still debating in our heads whether to adopt a 2nd or leave it at 1. Of course, all our family and friends are saying we're nuts. My aunt (who's a big dog person) listed off a bunch of reasons NOT to get a 2nd lab...so, its good to see posts like this every now and then!

I can totally relate (see my happy birthday Zeus post), I'm so glad it's working out so well.
For us as well it's not really any more work just more fun and more love and a little more $$.

The second is twice as much love and half the work.

Yep, most people don't realize how well having 2 usually works out. Glad everyone worked out well for your crew.

I just LOVE that picture ... so sweet. I think two is a wonderful arrangement, if I do say so myself.
