Kevin told me the news tonight after he returned from his walk with the boys. He saw Vanessa as she was driving home.
This morning when I went into her house to help get Ginger to the car, there were pictures of Ginger everywhere. Everywhere.
I just saw her go by with Clyde, her young boxer. I don't know whether I should go say anything to her tonight, or just let her be. It's so hard to know what someone needs.
I'm so glad she has Clyde. He just showed up on her doorstep about a year ago. Maybe he was sent to take care of her now. It has to be a comfort, to have him with her.

I'm sorry - run free Ginger
Maybe just a card would be nice. I know I probably would not be up for visitors.

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
I'd drop by tomorrow with a card and some flowers..
my deepest sympathies to Ginger's owner and to you...
Oh no. I'd been following your posts about her and was hoping the medication would help.
Oh no! I was hoping from your last post that Ginger would be alright.
