What a sweeeet picture! Now tell me again, how old is HK? She is so well behaved! Guthrie would have helped himself to a pen(or pens) long before I could have snapped a shot!

Funny! HK is 9 months old. She is really good about leaving things on tables, and getting better at recognizing Lanie;s toys verses her own. BUT only if we are in the room. HK would love to have eaten those crayons, but she had her eyes on a different target. Lanie's face is her favorite licking place. The distance you see between Lanie;s face and Hersey's nose is about the masimum is was for the whole day. What I love about the two of them together is that when Lanie decides she has had too much of Hershey in her face, she just pushes her away. It is funny to see her expression when she does it. Hershey does understand and backs off a little. If it was me doing the pushing, it would be an invitation to wrestle as far as Hershey was concerned. They know!

Poor HK, being forced to watch when she clearly wants to color!

When my last lab Callie was a puppy, my daughter was about 3 yrs old. It was strange how Callie knew to be gentle with her and would let loose with me!
