I love to pick Baloo up and cuddle with him on my lap, even though it means I can hardly breathe, as he's getting heavier and is all about the awkward angles right now.... :-\ ;D

Do other people do this, especially with full-grown labs? ???

Maggie and Dakota try their hardest to fit on my lap. Jacey Makes room to get on my lap even if that means her butt is in my face.. But most the time they just sit as close to me as they can get..

Dexter doesn't fit "in" my lap but he will lay with as much of his body possible on top of me. I sit at one end of the couch and usually have from his hips up draped across my legs and belly. If I stop stroking his back for even a minute, he'll slurp my chin with his tongue just to remind me to keep going.

Duke prefers to drape himself over you. Here he is playing like a living stole on Dukesmom.

Very much so, even to the point if you tell Mambo to sit, he will look for a lap to crawl into. Somehow he thinks sit means crawl in my lap.

Caleb's not a real big snuggler, although he does curl up inside my legs when I sit on the floor. Mick, on the other hand, would spend all day snuggling and sitting in your lap if you wanted. Among the many pictures we have of Mick sitting in laps is a great one of him sitting on Kole's lap when Kole was about 8. All you can see of Kole is his head and lower legs. I've got to dig that one out and get it scanned.
