A male and a female, 8 yrs old, real friendly, good dispositions and very accustomed to living in a house.
I don't have the specifics on why they need help or where they are or much else yet - still waiting to hear back from the contact.
Sad, sad, sad when two sr sweethearts are put in positions like this. Most shelters around here will consider them too old to be adoptable so hopefully they can be convinced to hang on to them for a while.
Oh the expressions on their faces are just tugging at my heart. I wish I could take them. I truly hope that they will go to a good home and get lots of lovin. Lots.
AAAwww... poor sweeties.....who gets rid of their senior dogs..???? What is wrong with people....
I can see an older pup being too much of a "handful", but seniors..?? Geez.
Hope they get a great home, Lord knows they deserve it.
Baloo - 5 year old black lab
Peanut - 7 year old minpin
Monster - 3-ish year old frenchie/jack, rescue
Awww look at them!! That 2nd pic!!!! :-\ I hope they find their forever homes soon!!
Oh man, they're beautiful
Have I mentioned that people suck?
"Each is a creature of Earth and is entitled to reside on it with dignity"
How heartbreaking. I cant imagine giving them up after so long.
I can't take it. Their faces are haunting me. :'( Where are they? I am in NJ. I would like to know more about these two sweeties. When you get more info, can you post it?
Oh damn, I barely have room for one more, no way could I take them both. :-[ Those poor sweethearts, they should not be separated at this stage of their lives!
Jackie, Champ, and Buddy
Oh man, I wish I could take them both. I've told LRR in Maryland that if they bring in a senior I will take him or her. People are really bastards.
Lovely old girls, Dina. I hope you can keep them together.
