    DefaultWho would do this (update)

The guy has the puppy still. I just called the person who is holding the puppy and had to leave a message. He knows I am calling and that I would like to come and get the puppy. Keep fingers crossed I can get him.

Just spoke to him, said he thinks the puppies are about 5 or 6 weeks old. Said I can come get him today if I wanted. But man, he is atleast 45 minutes north of me. So I need to see when I could go up there.

I went to petsmart yesterday for some treats. while there I went and put mambo on the scale. My boy is 70 pounds now...So much for vet saying he would be 50 pounds..lol

Anyways, while there I meet a guy with a very young pup.He was a black lab or mix. Looked just like Mambo as a pup. He said the puppy was maybe 2 months, Looked younger to me. He went on to tell me his co worker found this pup and another in a trash can He adopted this one. And that they needed to find a home for the other. They were going to put free puppy ad in the paper. I gave the guy my number and told him I would take him. I said that before I even knew what I was saying.

So if the guy calls I will take the puppy. Not sure if I will keep him. But I told Jerome that if we didn't I would put him into a lab rescue as soon as I could.

How horrible! > I can't stop being surprised by how stupid and heartless people can be.

But then there is a big bunch of nice people with big hearts. -Like those people who saved the puppies, and you Amanda. Thank you for helping that little pup out if he needs too.

OOOOh i hope he calls back soon-

some people are beyond contempt- > how in God's name could you dump a living breathing animal into the rubbish bin- well i believe in karma- what goes around, comes around, let's hope they get their just deserts and the puppy gets a new life either with you or another family-

No, I am wondering if they are at the football game or something today. As much as I woul dlove to keep the little guy. I doubt that I will. I just don't have a lot of extra cash for vet bills. But I will still take him and get him into the rescue. But you never know.

Mambo was really good with the one at petsmart. He laid down and let him crawl all over him. The puppy was barking at him.

I did notice the puppy had a really swollen belly, wonder if thats due to worms.
