    DefaultRhys & Ruby's new digs

So for about a year now I have been refinishing my living room. Its a typical really old house that was repainted 745 times in varying shade of green and pink, mustard etc. When I peeled off the (gags at the word) wallpaper, so came half of the walls etc.

So here we are, nearly 10 months later, with...A LIVING ROOM! Still some things to do, namely finish the floors (thanks to G-Rhys I can't have them finished for a month) and put up the moldings and paintings, candles etc)

    Ruby on HER new bed.

Thought this was artsy...I have no idea what I did.

Greasy dog, he had a bad attitude tonight

While it may seem like no frills for some of you, just to look at the room without whincing is an achievement for me! I finished my tiny expensive kitchen the year I moved in, so this room had to wait...now only 3 rooms to go, which is going to be serious $$$ as I have to move the bathroom...

Congratulations! It looks great. I know how much work that is and admire you for taking it on. It does become frustrating when a project drags on for a long time. I have been working through the summer on our living room, dining room and kitchen. I have mostly trim work to do now and it is feeling good to be almost done.

Can't wait to see the finished floors.

Nice Job!! Ruby looks like she approves.

Rhys looks a little disapponted. Maybe he was hoping for blue...?
