Just a cute thing Guinness does....We take his collar off at night since he sleeps in our room, and I don't like to listen to the tags jingle all night. Every morning, Guinness goes and gets his collar off the night stand and comes to me with it in his mouth, with his butt wiggling, tail wagging until I put it on him. I just think its so darn cute, I thought I would share... ;D
Thats cute, isn't it usually the opposite with collars sometimes. A friend's dog I knew used to hide his collar when it was taken off...hehe :P
HK used to run away when a collar came out, but has since put together the collar and going outside. She sits politely waiting for me to get it on.
Newman would would follow you with his collar in his mouth all day, hoping you would put it on and take him outside. My son finally figured out that he had to put the collar out of his reach.

Pete really likes to wear his collars too. I take them off to give him a brushing and when I go to put them back on I just hold them out and he puts his head through them.
That's cute. Now take your camera to bed and get a photo of it for us ;D We LOVE Pictures!
Aww! That is cute. I can just picture his expectant face.
Seamus and Flynn
Awwww that is cute !!
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
I guess we sort of taught him this...when it was walk time we would say "where's your collar/get your collar" while we went to get it to put it on...Guess he figures the sooner he's "dressed" the sooner he can go for "WALKIES!!!!" ;DWhat a good boy!!! Did you teach him this or did he do it on his own? Smiley
