Do any of you fellow lab lovers keep a medical log of all the visits, vaccinations, etc, etc
Looked on the internet for something free but to no avail.
Do you have something that you can share? If not I'll have to make it myself......
I just keep all the paperwork in a folder.
Our vet actually gave us a little bookelt and we take it in with us every visit and she makes the entries. We keep the other paperwork she supllies also.

I too have a folder/leaflet from vet that they mark all vacinations in. All other receipts etc. I just put in a folder.
It's not the destination, it's the journey!
Me too! Most vets have specific folders/records that they can give you.Originally Posted by Endofile

I have a file folder in which I keep their records and I write notes in the margin of their bills. My vet calls and sends a post card when vaccinations are due, they never missed a deadline yet! I do the heartguard/flea medicine on the first of each month so I don't forget when it's due. I have copies of the rabies certs in the house and each car. We go camping and to state DEC sites that require rabies certs.
