DefaultQuestion about tiny growth on paw

Sammie has a tiny growth on his back paw. It's not on the pad but right next to it. It's white. It's about the size of a pin head. I never would have thought much about it except for Amy's Frankie who is Sammie's brother for those of you who don't know. Looks to me like it grew a little. Have Vet appt. on 24th but was just wondering if any of you have seen anything like that?

Does it bother him if you try to mess with it?

It doesn't seem to. I was moving it a little while he was sleeping. It probably isn't much but after Frankie I get nervous. Any kind of growth is scary though.I did read what Frankie had was genetic. Did you read that?

I read that was one of the theories, but nothing proven.
I'm glad you're getting it checked out though.

Sounds like it might by a histyocytoma...very common on the foot areas. Dutch had one on his ear and one on his toe. Both went away on their own.
