Let me say first that Mom knows best.
They did not put him on Prednisone this week because of healing factor from his recent hernia repair.....but
He had an episode yesterday that lasted longer than the one on Tuesday. Not as severe but longer in length. So sad to watch him go though this. Not being able to stand up and walk.
After conversations with the staff at A&M they said to wait on the PRed until this morning. I gave him 10mg last night anyway 8)...I figured what could it hurt. He was a joy all day today. They finally called after consulting with former vets on his case last year and decided that he should get pred.....exactly what I gave him last night - imagine that! Dad is back in town and he one happy puppy.

GOOD news !! And YES, mom knows best !! Go with your "gut " feeling......... have a great weekend Tank and family !
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
Good boy, Tankie! Have a great weekend!!
The pred really does seem to work miracles for Tank, doesn't it. I hope there aren't any more events, Sandie. If there are I hope they are extremely mild.
