DefaultQuestion for PP Senstive Skin & Stomach feeders...

Have your dogs started turning their noses up at it? Seems like Caleb doesn't like it now. Like I did with Mick, I've been switching between flavors- mainly beef & rice and the sensitive skin & stomach (he's only been on PP since January). Caleb seemed to be scratching more the last few weeks, so I went with the sensitive skin & stomach when I bought food last week. Now the little stinker is picking out the pieces of the b&r, and sticking his nose up at the rest. Just wondering if anyone else had the same thing happening.

No but I wouldn't force it. Take the bag back and get another. Mine don't do very well on the SS&S which is why I do the beef or chicken.

Moose has never eaten anything but PP SS&S and Sky was initially on the Kirkland food but didn't do well. I switched her to the PP SS&S and both of mine devour their food and do well on it.

Snicks is on PP SS&S and does very well on it. She's been on it for several years now.

If she ever turned her nose up at anything even RESEMBLING food...I would be concerned! ;D

We switched Sam over to the SS&S this summer, and his ear infections cleared up immediatly! He's doing quite well on it!
We also switched Kona over about 3 months ago just because she had a bit of a dry coat, and she's definately showed an improvement too.
They were on the Kirkland L&R before.

Since Caleb is eating more of the SS&S each meal, my plan is to give it a couple more days. Then, if he still doesn't seem too thrilled, I'll get a different bag of Lamb & Rice, and donate what's left to rescue. He's not acting sick or anything, so I'm thinking he just decided he doesn't like the taste anymore.
