DefaultNeed Help - Completing form to join therapy group (dog)

I am filling out the first form in hopes of(fingers crossed) joining a local therapy group. I need some help filling it out.

For example, they ask about any issues your dog may have with new people. My instinct is to be honest - sometimes Rocky jumps straight up and licks people in the face or will lean in with all his weight when they are not ready.

Am I right to put that down or are they going to see that as a "reject" form ? Personally I believe in honesty - my dog isn't perfect. But people often tell me I make things sound worse than they are. So though I my be trying to be honest, i sometimes make it sound like he's a wild dog - but he just has a handful of things we are working on.

    Thank you for your input!

I would be honest, occasionally jumps up. More than likely a representative will evaulated Rocky before they allow him to work as a therapy dog. I'm sure they have great trainers that can help. Good luck!
