DefaultShould I be Concerned? (2 pics)

With the labs that have "C", I am now beginning to be a worry wart.
Zoe lays on the carpet or on her beds, rarely on the tile. I've noticed that her left elbow has what I initially thought was a callus, but it's growing in size.

This is her left elbow. Her right elbow does have some hair loss, but the skin is very smooth, no callus or bump.

Is this something about which I should be concerned?
see that lump on the top left of her elbow? It was about 1/4" in diameter, now it's a little larger than a pea.

    here's the perspective

It looks like a callus but if it is a lump then I would get it checked.

It is probably just a bursa. They get those at pressure points. It's just a pocket that fills with fluid.

Crash had those. Simon has it on one side. Angus' elbows have turned a dark brown, but he's never lost hair or developed a callous.

I don't think they are anything to worry about per se. If it started to dramatically increase in size or get red and angry, it might be worth having a vet look at it...

I'm sure its nothing to worry about, but put your mind at ease and take her to the vet for a look.

Its nothing. Oona has the exact same thing. They were red and larger and looked very angry. They have since gone down and look like Zoe's. We have been out to the vet a couple of times this month for her ears and I asked him about it, I can't remember what he said it was but he said it wasn't anything. He said he could give me something topical I could put on them but I figure she would just lick it off. We have another vet visit next week and I'll ask him to right down the name and I'll get back to you.

Our last lab had them. The vet called them calluses &said it was from laying on them, from the pressure. Sometimes they can get a bit of fluid in them but it is quickly absorbed.
