.... to take a slow walk with Emma for half an hour today? Or maybe it's too much too soon? She did her surgery yesterday afternoon. Any opinions are welcome.
Emma had a lump removed, right?
Personally, I'd give her another day to rest. Even if she seems ok, they can be deceiving.
Glad to hear the surgery was a success, BTW.
Thanks. Yes it was a lump removed, Or actually two! Yes It's probably best to let her rest today too, even if she seems a lot more alert today. It's better to be safe. Just small pottybreaks around the house today too.
I agree - best safe than sorry
Call your vet and ask. Does Emma walk slowly on a leash?
Vet called me today. Emma is sopposed to take small walks for a week. :-\ You probably think it's really easy with an 11 year old, but it's not. All she wanna do is run off leash and walk fast long walks like we always do. Of course I don't let her do that, but she doesn't understand why...
(((((hugs))))) to Emma ! Wishing you a speedy recovery !
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
poor emma, hope her recovery is quick!
Hope she feels better soon.
Aww...I really do hope sweet Emma heals swiftly!
But, I have to ask. What is going on with the two dots over the letter 'I' in your thread title??
Did Linda's umlaut get loose??
