What should I expect in the way of changes to Tals behavior after he has his neutering surgery? I love his exhuberance and his happy disposition and I don't want that to ever change. I know he probably won't change much but I guess I just need to hear it from folks who have been thru this!
Nothing changed with Maverick ;D
Nothing changed with Sam, and the only thing that changed with Bodie is that he stopped humping Sam's bed. And we all (especially Sam) viewed that as a positive change. ;D

I know Sammi is a girl, but there was no negative change to her behavior- Hang in there, Tal will do just fine, and be your usual fun loving lab when it is all over!!
Nothing was different with Jake.

The only "changes" were positive...less humping for one.
Nothing. Tal will still be Tal...just without balls.

lol...Thanks for providing reassurance. I guess when you go thru it for thr first time it is a little daunting.Originally Posted by Dani
If Tal will still be himself then he will have balls cua I swear nothing phases him...just not the kind to produce little Tals and Talettes.
The only change with Kona was that I became more interesting than the floor and all it's scents (obedience classes). ;D

It is not irrational at all. Chatham is going for his in an hour and I was worried the same thing. Glad to see this thread and the responses to it.
