I didn't allow Toby on the furniture or the bed until very recently, because I was overly concerned about fur, people's judgment, whether or not he would feel more dominant, etc. It kind of happened over Christmas break, and now we snuggle together on the couch every morning while I have my coffee. I love it! He's only allowed on the bed in the early evening, though, as the bed belongs to the 15 year old cat. When she's gone, it will be his inheritance.
Yep, just as spoilt as my dog! Shimano is allowed on the bed in the evening for awhile and in the mornings before we got to work. He pushes his way in between my husband and I and puts his head on the pillow with my husbands arm around him. If my husband moves his arm Shimano will take it in his mouth and drag it back around him again. Now that's spoilt!
I am so glad that i am not on my own. Poppy always comes on the bed for 5-10 mins before lights out and again for 5-10 mins before we get up. If OH getting up for work and i am having a lie-in, she will come back upstairs and get on the bed for a proper cuddle!!!! Though we will have to put our foot down as if she is ready for bed and we aren't, she will try to bully us to go to bed. Labs...you gotta love 'em!!
Tal is like the rest of these spolied labs here. If Molly gets in bed before me she will go to my pillow & lay her head on it. No way baby....I am NOT laying at the foot of the bed. So it takes a minute to get her to move. ;D
I think Tal is really making himself at home with you.
I told SU that Molly thinks the pecking order is: SU, Molly, georgie, Abby.
Abby is happy just snuggling next to us.
