    DefaultFree puppies

One of the attorneys I deal with in Georgia told me she has two pure bred puppies she is trying to get rid of. The parents are champions. She told me the names, but I didnt really listen. That doesnt mean alot to me since they are just pets for me. The puppies do not have the papers. They are 8 weeks and 16 pounds

We are trying to see if we can get one of them down here, but I am not sure if my boss is willing to make that drive. But the lady told me I can tell others about them. She is sending me pictures. One male one female. Both black.

Is 16 pounds to much for 8 weeks? Is it safe to have them put on a plane? I dont think she wants to do that. But I was hoping she would.

Just what I was thinking...champions of BYB's maybe?

There is no way the pups would have champion parents (be it show, field, whatever) and have no papers. That wouldn't make sense.

Why is she getting rid of them? I don't quite understand the situation.

Yes. These were the last two of a litter. She doesnt care about making money on them. Just wants them to find good homes. I am not sure if she is a breeder or anything. She has mom and dad, and is looking for homes for the other two. We were talking and got on the topic of dogs/than labs. I told her I have Mambo and she told me about two she had. She said if I was close I could have one. But I am way to far. and not sure if I am ready for another. But my boss really wants the little girl.

Really I wont lie. I didnt really listen to that part and dont know for sure.

I was just curious about the weight. Mambo was small but maybe only 6 pounds at that age.

16 pounds sounds like a lot for 8 weeks. I think. I think Frankie was 12 pounds when we got him at 9 weeks? Damn, I don't remember now.

When I got Scooter at 9 weeks he was 18 lbs. Champion conformation lines, big boned pups. Good luck finding homes for those babies.

Why would you have champion dogs that have no papers and were never registered?

I thought she said that it would cost alot to have them registered, I may be wrong. But since she wasnt selling them she wasnt going to spend the money. I may be wrong about it. But I will ask more when she send me the pics.
