Ron and I were playing a game last night at our dining room table. It is really cold in our dining room, though we had the electric fireplace going. It's a tiled room with windows on 2 sides and a leaky back door.
Anyway, Cole kept coming in, laying down, getting up, pacing, walking over to me and giving me the *STARE*...I kept encouraging him to go lay down somewhere but he would have none of it.
So I went and dragged his bed into the dining room where he promptly flopped and fell asleep for the next couple of hours.
Cutie. This isn't a pic of him from last night, be he looked *exactly* like this...
Now, Ron's daughter's Yorkie is content to be 3 rooms away from us snoozing. The only time she comes in is if we have some food. I just love my velcro dog. He just wants to be with US and there's just no substitute.
Angus is a shadow too. Follows us everywhere (shedding on us ;D)
Cute story. Yay for Cole. :-*
AWWW, they DO have to be with their people He looks all cozy!
I've really noticed this about labs. Until we got Annie, we only had Basset Hounds. And, trust me, they could not care less what's going on around them.....unless it involves food!
But our little Sally has to be right there with us all the time. She not only wants to see what's going on, she has to be a PART of what's going on.
We should have named Jazzmin Shadow. She has to be right there with us so cute!
Wow. This thread is three years old.
Seamus and Flynn
SO WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT?
Labs def love to be with people....my two follow me everywhere
