What are your favourite male and female names?
I like Belle as a female (I am biased my labs name is Belle!) and Jasper or Finn as a male name.
    What do you think?

I love the name Lucy for a girl ever since Labby posted about a Fox Red named "Vegameatavitamin" call name "Lucy". ;D

Of course I like Petey and Indi but I also like

    For Boys

    Churchill (Church for short)
    Tank
    Aiden
Mace (that is my son's pick. He wants a chocolate male named Mace Windu. Of course he wants an Ironridge pup like Indi so it would be Ironridge's Mace Windu.) ;D

    For Girls
    Charlie
    Sam
    Ripley
Snitter (from one of my favourite books)
    Trigger

I think I like boy names on female dogs.

I have this big problem since I am a teacher. I tend to veto names because of kids I meet. It was horrible naming my kids but I was finally able to come up with names that I liked and fit them. Of course they both have angel names (it wasn't intentional it just worked out that way) and now I am worried that if I have another baby, and he turns out to be a boy, I'll have to name him Raphael or something. LOL. Can you tell I over worry.

    Hmmm...let's see...

My top male picks (other than Angus and Simon) are Colin, Oscar, Roman.

Female names: Bliss, Honor and Grace.

I have a little tradition going with five letter names. I am always going to have five letter named dogs in honor of Crash. Silly, but that's my thing and I'm sticking to it. :P

    Connie and "The Boys":
Angus, Yellow Lab, CGC, RE, CD
Simon, d.b.a. Flat Coated Retriever, CGC, RE, CD

Gone ahead, but forever in my heart:
Crash, Pit Bull x Rottweiler x Golden Retriever

I love Scotty. I also like themed names. I think I'd like to have a male Lab named Jack some time in the future.

Weird, but I never think of girl names...guess because I have a male, and if we get another it'll be a male also.

Male names I like are Tucker (obviously ), Eliott, Riley, and I also like Finn. My hub likes the sound of Buck.

I like all of those names above. You often don't come up with good names on your own but when everybody brainstorms you get really good ideas.
