    DefaultCOVP

Has anyone dealt with this here. I have read alot and I took Mambo to the Vet friday to see if this is what he has. It is. Its getting worse fast. However the vet says it can be spread from one dog to another. I didnt belive him, and called my long time vet and they agree. But everything I am reading says otherwise. Anyone have any info on this?

Sorry I kinda double posted this. Looking for more people that know about this.

    I don't know either.
    COVP ???

However, I find it interesting. are the bumps in Mambo's mouth or on the side?

Lady's mom just discovered some tiny bumps on the lower part of Lady's mouth (outside). And her lower jaw feels firmer to touch than Zoe's.

She's taking Lady to the vet today to check. I'll keep you posted. We thought it was just abrasions from retrieving a heavy toy in salt water.

well he has three on the outside of his mouth. Since they are bigger its starting to look like a beard. All the rest are in his mouth. I am thinking close to thirty of them now.

Mambo is fine, just kinda ugly, and Just have to make sure they dont get to big to bother him.

I'll ask Lorena to check inside of Lady's mouth. Don't think she did.

Zoe's lower lip (inside) has little round thingies...they're black though, and I aways thought there were normal. Vet never said anything.

Mambos are black too, at first I thought it was acne, but when I noticed in the mouth I asked here and some one gave me a link. Even though the link says they were white. Mambos are grayish or black.

Hopefully its not the same thing. But its not bad if it is from what I have been told.
