There is an article in our local newspaper today about a 9-10 month old lab puppy who ate a tube of Gorilla Glue. I cannot believe the picture of the mass they got out of this puppy! I would have been absolutely frantic if my dog had eaten a tube of glue, but I would never have thought it would turn into something like this. Here is the link: http://www.salisburypost.com/

I am not going to look at that picture. :-\
I have actually thought of that before. That stuff scares the hell out of me. I have a bottle upstairs in a box. I need to toss it.

I'd never heard of it but you can bet you will never find it at my house! That was incredible!
But a happy ending....just makes you realize that you need to be ever vigilent and they can still get into anything...
There's a reason why I flip out and turn frantic everytime Buck eats something not normal

Yep. That is some NASTY stuff. It expands when it gets wet. I once took a softball sized mass of gorilla glue out of the stomach of a pup. I suggest it be kept on the TOP shelf if you think you just have to have some in the house.
Oh that is terrible! Glad you shared that story. I can't believe the size it came to be.
That stuff is simply unbelievable. It expands like you wouldn't believe (or maybe you would after seeing the picture). Thank God the pup is okay, I would have been frantic if Cinder got a hold of Gorilla Glue. I'm amazed it didn't block the pups airway.
I never heard of it. I thought it was a gorilla named glue who'd hurt her dog. :I know I'm a dork.
Glad that puppy is okay and i hope they keep all their gorilla's and glue and all that up from her!
Aww poor dog. I'm glad they got that out!
