This is Turke. He's the product of a divorce, his "dad" decided to leave and left him. Supposedly he's a hunter, we're not sure. So his "mom" didn't want him. Jane's ( she owns the farm where I live ) hubby took him (when we were away, of course- but that's another story) but now that's Jane's ancient mother is over for the winter, I have him. He's obedient, crate trained, house broken- and wants to eat my cat. So far he IS listening to me. He's beginning to ignore Kitty. He does look into the guinea pig cages and whine.... maybe he think's they're squeaky toys that move on their own?He doesn't leave the backyard, stays pretty much with Forrest and I when we feed the horses, loves to ride in the car. Also loves to jump in the pool, then roll in the dirt- then go BACK into the pool. Not good. I don't mind wet dog, or sandy dog, but Jane really minds sandy pool filters.... ;D And Kitty Box Crunchies are a snack food, so now I have a baby gate so Kitty can go under it into the litter area, and Turke can't follow. They only thing he does that really irks me is pushing between Forrest and I when I give Forrest lovings- and it isn't like I don't give Turke his, he's more spoiled here than at Jane's.....
Jane is looking for a new home for him, but I think I'm falling for the big lug. He is DEFINITELY a blonde. Nothing upstairs.

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his leader, his love. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion. Unknown

he's beautiful - i would keep him if i were you!
What a cutie!!! And he knows it, too.
Handsome chap
Love the crossed paws
That smile is definitely saying "Keep Me! Keep Me!"
He is ADORABLE!!!
Really, whether you keep him or not, I sure hope he ends up in a perfect home.
Keep him keep him keep him!!!! ;D
If he's obedient, crate trained, and housebroken, it's not fair to say he's got nothing upstairs.
