DefaultRaw eggs really do make a difference!

After reading last week that some of you give your dogs raw egg and canned sardines, I decided to do so.

Did the sardines only once - he and my cat loved them, along with my 6 yr old son.
I've also been giving him an egg everyday since -- I hafta tell ya, I'm already able to tell a difference. His coat is short and pretty course, but I can already feel it's softer.

I'm definitely going to keep giving him an egg. And he loves it, and it's definitely a cheap treat!

You do realize that the coat isn't suppose to be soft?

    yea, I do. thanks.
His hair is still course, just smoother.

I have two friends with chocolate labs. Both of these have very soft coats. Is that typical for chocolate labs? I love running my fingers thru their hair.

Duke and Freckles get a raw egg twice a week shell and all. As soon as they see me take them out of the refrigerator they become dancing fools up on their hind legs.
Hard coat is standard Lab but those ears are so soft.

Lucy and Cricket get eggs and sardines weekly. I find it helps with dry skin more than anything else.
Lucy has a pathetically thin and soft coat, don't want it any softer than it already is....oh how I wish she had a nice proper coat.

Nope, soft is incorrect in any color.

I wonder, then, how come they have such soft coats? I mean, they are really plush.....
    What do you think?
