    DefaultOH NO Hot Spots

We picked Mckenzie up from the kennel and noticed that she was really itching. I took a closer look and yep she's got hot spots all down her belly. Poor baby. Her daddy and I shaved her belly and cleaned her up with peroxide. We've been using the Gold Bond medicated powder to keep them dry. I read somewhere once that Benedryl was good to help with the itching. Does anyone know how much I should give her? She's 6 months old and 34 pounds and not taking any other medications.

Oh, no. Scotty just had his first hot spot after spending time in boarding. I hope Mckenzie's hot spots clear up soon.
