Hi everyone!
My husband and I are waiting the arrival of our 1st lab.....she's yellow & 3weeks old. We pick her up the week of Thanksgiving. OUR PROBLEM: We just can't think of a name that we both really LOVE. I really like Brinkley or Bailey or even Zoey. My husband picked Aspen & we both agreed, but then our breeder said it was a bad idea because our son's name is Austin & the pup would have a hard time differenciating between the 2 names when we're calling them....my husband & I agree w/that. Any one have ideas or suggestions? We really like unisex type names. PLEASE HELP!!

Does the breeder have a 'theme' name for the litter? Aything you can use from either of the parents? I've always liked Derby.
Bailey is a nice name. Some other suggestions of female names I have heard and liked. Piper, Brynne, Butter, Dakota
My 7 yr old likes names like Chelsea, Jasmine, Brittany (barbie names)
Ask your son...sometimes they come up with great ideas.
do you and your hubby have a favorite movie or something like that or a book even you could pick one of the names from there. that is how we named Gus and Woody out of lonesome dove. if I ever get a female dog her name will be Laurie Darlin. hehehe.
good luck with the name.
I really wanted to name mine Yuna.

My vote is for Haley or Hannah
Unisex names...
Barley -- GREAT name for a yellow I think!
Rebel -- cute name for a naughty pup, works for dog or bitch
Jesse -- I like this for a male or female
Although I like the name Bailey, I have probably met 15 dogs named Bailey, I think it's very common. I like Brinkley!
Oh wait, you said unisex names?
Frankie
Charlie
Teddy
(All from old show "Sisters", I can never remember the other though. Alex maybe?)
