I have started using treats for Tal and I think almost having him sitting! Yaaay! But anyway. when I took him out this am I used a treat when he finished and praised him. But he wouldn't eat his breakfast..I know what he wanted...he wanted more of those treats he could smell in my pocket. I didn't give him one and kept trying to get him to eat his kibble. Which he didn't. I had to leave so I just put him in his crate. needless to say he was really hungry when I got home today!

Yes, but that is how Tal will learn. It shouldn't take more than a few hungry days before he learns the difference between meals and treats.
