I had to take Molly to the vet for her booster shot. I wanted to meet the new vet too. Well I knew I liked the vet when she sat on the floor to check Molly. Then she said she only works part time because she has 4 small kids at home. Also she has a 13 year old lab.
But they had been busy & Molly needed her heartworm test. The vet tech said when she took her in the back she told Molly to sit & Molly sat down. She was waiting for help to hold Molly while she drew her blood. They were busy so she noticed Molly had put her paw up. The vet tech said she told Molly she was going to hold her hand & she said she drew Molly's blood without any help & Molly just sat there like a good girl.
I'd like to see her try that with Abby.
Awwww, what a good girl.
The vet who had taken care of Molly since she was a puppy moved when her husband was transfered & I was hoping we would get another good one.

What a good girl at the vet....that's great she was so good!
(I like that about my vet too; she gets on the floor with mine, too. She has a lab also, and fostered one recently; did needed surgery on it, then kept it till she found a good home for it).
Awwww that's sweet Good girl Molly!

what a good patient, Molly.
A vet visit like that with Maxine would be certifiable as a miracle . Good girl, Molly!
Good girl Molly! Sounds like she knows the routine even with a new vet.
Good girl Molly! I'm glad you like the new vet...it makes such a difference!
