    DefaultUPDATE on Duncan's Dewclaw

We had the paw wrapped with neosporin/gauze and tender tape which really made the vet's job much easier. The nail had to be removed, he didn't have to cut, and was just able to slide the nail off. My angel is now taped up until Wed. or Thurs. and on antibiotics and Rimadyl (for inflamation and pain) for 5 days.

You can actually see the relief in Duncan...he must've been terribly uncomfortable poor baby.

Good news. It really stinks to know that they're hurting, and not be able to make it better for them.

It is just as bad as when your child is hurting eh? Glad to hear he is better and that the hurting has stopped. Hope he keeps the bandage on and watch his stomach on that Rimadyl
