We were out in the yard last night playing, I looked down and saw blood on my shirt where Zakk had just put his head on me for some "snuggling". I grab him (he's looking at me like "what did I do?") and check his mouth..... he had lost the first of his "razor teeth". I look at the fiance and say tell her to look around to find it.... we found it laying right beside his new favorite toy, an old shoe of mine.
WooHoo ;D!!! I am so happy that he has started to lose them and to top it off, we were able to find the first one (the fiance was really excited about finding it). Maybe, just maybe, this means that the end of the endless chewing and nipping our poor hands will slow down (crossing fingers). The little boy is growing up!
Just thought I'd share since I had read so many post lately about our babies growing up.
So what did the tooth fairy give him ? LOL. It's great to be approaching the end of the wild nipping
The chewing justt started... Its only going to get worse for the next 2-4 months - depending on how long the teething process for your dog is. My dog started at 4 months of age loosing his teeth. He is now 5 months and the canines just fell out 4 days ago. I suspect he has another month or two to go before its all said and done.
Findig the teeth is fun, but then you think to yourself, "what the heck am I going to do with this thing".
;D ;D ;DSo you're having toofey fun. This will go on for awhile!!!!!
Those razor teeth hurt!!!!! Wait till you see the size of his new teeth!!!!!!
Yay!!!! Life is good when they start falling out.
Awww, your little cutie is growing into a big boy.
It's great when those sharp teeth start falling out. He is so adorable!
