It is on Ray Road east of Greenfield it is called Cosmo Dog Park
It is quite a drive for us in fact I think Lake Pleasant may be closer but any of you in the East Valley may enjoy it.

Yes, and it looks like so much fun! I've been a bit under the weather, but as soon as I'm up to it we plan to take Riley and a few of her pals over to check it out!

Wow, that's a nice park! I wish they would extend our park to include one of the lakes. Life would be good.

That funny in the background it looks like a Navy yard with the 3 dogs headed out to sea.

Dumb question but with all the people on the shore do the dogs come back to the owners after the retrieve or do they just go to whoever will throw the object back in the water?

Congratulations on that new park. That is a nice big lake. All dog parks should have a swimming hole. It's so funny when someone throws out a bumper and every Lab, by instinct, leaps in after it.
From experience with our park I can see that your lake water is a bit muddy. When we first opened our park, the swimming holes soon became a mess from all of the dogs climbing in and out. The banks collapsed and everything became a mud wallow. Of coures the dogs didn't mind but people were complaining. We have three ponds so to fix the problem we would close one off and drain it. Then we paved an apron down into the water to stabilize the bank, stabilized the bottom, added some aeration lines, and added a granite gravel trail all around the perimeter. After refilling the water was tinted to help retard algae. The results were so fantastic that we had to post signs stating that the ponds were for dogs only.
Here is a before an after shot of Freckles in the water.

And here is a view of one of the renovated ponds.

And here is a shot of the boys enjoying a swim.
