DefaultHelp!! I have a breathing question

We took both girls out for a swim and some running for a good hour and a half. Both girls are sleepy and chillin out but Abby seems to be having trouble breathing. She's making a wheezing noise through her nose and she didn't even want to eat dinner, but she ate a bone. She peed, and has been drinking normally and she's pooped twice.

She was pulling pretty hard and I don't know if maybe she could have injured a wind pipe or something. We're not home and it's sunday so if we go anywhere it would have to be an emergency vet.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

Any chance it's just extra water in her nose? Is it getting better with time?

We think she may have drank too much water because she is breathing much better now, but she didn't eat dinner and even turned her nose up at a pretzel (she loves pretzels).

She's still lethargic, and she's been dry heaving/throwing up bile We're leaving tomorrow morning and our first stop is the vet.

Hope Abby checks out OK. Duke once got into a spat with a Golden Retriever over retrieving rights to a bumper in the middle of the pond at the dog park. I thought he was OK but later that afternoon when I went to nap I could hear him sort of wheezing so I took him to the emergency clinic. The xray revealed he had aspirated some water into his lungs so the put him on an antibiotic drip IV and oxygen to ward off a possible infection. He had to stay over night and then continue on antibiotics for another ten days.
