... the pink around his nose has actually gone black again!
Pad has the typical yellow lab snow nose. Pink in the winter, darker in the summer but not entirely puppy black, of course. I just looked down at him and realized his summer nose is a LOT darker than it ordinarily is! Mostly around the rim, but fading into his nose a bit.
I'll try for a picture but Flynn and Darwin are harassing him at the moment.

Maybe he's trying to tell you something. lol

Always love a picture of Sir Paddy!
Really? That's so interesting! I wonder why?
I was just thinking that Angus' nose hasn't gone totally black this year, and wondering if it was because he is getting older, and if it will continue to stay a little more pink each year.
Here's last year's portrait, taken in July:
Here's this year, taken a little later in July of this year:

Nance, that is so amazing.* I was thinking the same thing about Buddy's nose just yesterday.* It is really hard around the outer rim, but fades to pink in the middle.* He usually has a much more pink nose.* I'll try to post a picture.
EDIT: If you look at my siggy, you can kinda of see how dark it is around the rim and below the nostrils.

That is interesting. I didn't realise this.
Hope to see a pic when the other two leave him alone for a minute.
Connie I love the pic of your two and the black spot on the tongue.
Hi Nance! Good morning!
We certainly need some pics of Paddy. I spendt a loooong time without visiting this forum and I miss Paddy a lot, since he´s one of my first virtual friends abroad.
Today we´re in Rio - Joanna just arrived from Seattle(had problems with her bottles of shampoo at the airport yesterday) and tomorrow is father´s day in Brazil.
Here are my dogs after our walk this morning
