Default? for those who don't cover furniture

I notice in a lot of the pics that a lot of you don't have throws or anything over your chairs/couches. How do you keep a handle on doggie slobber and shedding? I have throws on all my furniture and am constantly washing those things. Maybe my guys are just slobs!! :P

    we just got leather furniture
    couch & chair
and its holding up pretty good
red clay can get cleaned right off
we even dripped paint on it & the leather cleaner took it off after the paint dried

I take the throws off before I take the picture.

Well, I only have 1 to your 7.

Our couch is that microsuedey fabric so it vacuums like a dream and dribble marks dry quickly! ;D

i only have 2 dogs, and it helps that the furniture is dark sage and the dogs are both black. ;D
they also don't slobber as much as some dogs.
remember, buddy h? i seriously considered covering the couches when he was here. he loved lounging on the couch, and he was a BIG TIME slobberer.

    leather..
and Lucy has her own chair(an old thrift shop chair) that she can do as she pleases on.

Cricket isn't allowed on the furniture yet..she needs to earn her right.
