Well we woke up this morning to find that Fergus' cast had slipped down and exposed that some of his staples had popped out. A trip to the Emergency Vet first thing this morning and he has 5 new staples and his blue cast was replaced with a new green one. He's fine & has spent the morning sleeping...we however are exhausted and stressed. He is really growing into his new nickname...The Million Dollar Dog"...
poor Fergus...poor you...(((HUGS)))
Oh poor Fergus...he looks sooooo sad.
Smooches for you sweet boy :-* :-* :-*
Awww. poor Fregus (and you!) It IS stressful when your dog isn't 100%!!
Hope this cast is a keeper- the color is nice!

Glad to read the update...won't you be sooo glad when it's all behind you. How happy Fergus will be then too.
Oh Fergus, I hope you are feeling better soon.* I always think you are such a handsome boy*
Poor Fergus. It must be hard for a young and energetic dog to have to limit his activities so much. Hopefully all will be well soon.
Awww, poor Fergus!!!
He's still handsome to me too.
Poor Fergus and you.* Hope this cast lasts, and no new staples
When my Cinder had his surgery we had one of those blink and you miss it moments, and he was in water swimming! Trip to the vets - after hours emergency rates- another round of antibitotics. I swear he laughed through the whole ordeal.
How long will he have to wear the cast? With Kona's repair he didn't have a cast or bandage ............. he left the incision alone and didn't need the cone either.
