    Defaulthelp with Kong please

Hi!* It sure is hot here.* I wanna do some frozen stuffed kongs for Oliver.* Now, I may be overlooking the obvious but how do you stop the liquid from pouring out the small hole at the base ???* I've tried covering it with tape and film but it still finds it way through. Can anyone suggest a better method.* Also any good recipes for frozen kongs out there?* Any help appreciated.

I plug the small end with a piece of kibble and cover it with Peanut butter. For the large end I just cover with Peanut Butter place the whole thing in a baggie big end up and freeze.
    Good luck!

I use low fat peanut butter on both ends and plain yogurt (about 2 TBS) inside. I freeze them on their side, not covered in anything.

Thanks for your help. I'll try it out. Ollie love cheesy stuff so that'll be a good one. Yesterday I put beef broth in the freezer. Once it had gone slushy I packed the kong with it. He loved it. Looks like I'll have to get some peanut butter and plain yogurt in to try. BTW have you tried giving your dog ice cubes to play with. O thinks they're great fun. Something to chase around ... and eat ;D

What everyone else said, plus: Another way to freeze them and not make a mess is to use small glasses. We have three in our freezer door that just fit a large Kong and keep them standing upright while they set
