    DefaultTop Ten Labrador Friendly Beaches

My personal favorite dog friendly beach is Cape San Blas, FL. Sometimes you can walk on the beach for a mile and not see any body.

    Any other dog friendly beaches?

Does anybody have some good dogs on the beach pictures?

those all look like great places to visit! We usually do lakeside rentals in the New England area for Lucy to be able to swim on holiday.
I would like to try oceanfront someday with Lucy and Cricket.
We go to a dog friendly beach up in Maine after the summer season to have Lucy swim in the ocean..usually in October.

Hey, great link, I bookmarked it! I would love to take the boys to the beach one day. And several of those are within driving distance for us.

This is great, thanks. I would never have thought Carmel to be dog friendly.

I bookmarked it, too! How exciting! The ones near Destin and Panama City are only about a 10 hour drive from us. My mom is in the process of selling her condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and we did manage to sneak my BT's on the beach a few times (dogs are not allowed but tolerated in the off season). I would LOVE to go on a vacation with Teddy, too, so he could experience the ocean.

oh yeah - #2 Dog Beach in San Diego is our FAV beach to go to - literally it's called Dog Beach and dogs DO outnumber people!!* I also!!
Also, I used to live in Savannah, GA and #6 Hunting Beach was great (but dogs can't be off leash), as well as #9 Jekyl Island
    Great link!

In PEI there are MILES and MILES of white sand beaches where there is no one in sight... I could name 10 you could bring your dog to (off leash if you want) without even trying.

Here's a pic from the tourism website.

I live in Newfoundland...it is an island and pretty much anywhere people live would be five minutes drive from the water. Not to make anybody jealous but I don't know of any beach here that is closed to dogs. Myself and Morgan went to three on Saturday alone grabbing pics of the coast and the water and of course him swimming his heart out
