    DefaultA Boy and his Dawgs

Grandson Jay from Las Vegas is back with us for a visit until early June. Remi particularly loves Jay because he's a "little people" and just the right sized for her.

Yesterday I put Jay and the dawgs to work before they were allowed to play ...

"Remi you wait ... it's Cappy's turn first!"

"OK, Remi ... big entry now!"

"Grampa, can I swing a 'lil longer, please?"

Remi and Rusty aren't my whole life. They're trying to fill the hole in my heart left by Cappy's passing.

    Oh, he's adorable, Jim.

I love his command to Cappy in the first one. Looks like you have another dog trainer in the making!

Jay wanted to know if he could finish up his tractor work before feeding the ducks and geese ...

The Canadas have gotten used to him already ...

The ducks are still very spooky ...

As you may have guessed ... our place was designed and built for folks who love water dawgs and the waterfowl that they pursue in their pre-ordained careers.
