At the risk of embarassing her: Today at the Vet, Honey Bear weighed in at 79.6 lbs! That's down from 106lbs when I picked her up from the shelter
I'm so proud of her. She's put up with a lot in the way of small meals to get there. Her heart sounds are good. There is some damage to her hip joints and tendons in her back legs from carrying the weight for so long. We are hoping it will reverse now that she no longer has to carry the weight.
I'm so proud of my Hunny Bunny Baby!
Way to go Honey Bear!!!
Wow Honey Bear! What an accomplishment! Congratulations!

wow! good job..I bet she feels a heck of a lot better.
Great job Honey Bear!!! Scotty's rehab vet said that each 8 lbs. of overall weight add 1 lb. of weight on each joint. So, with Honey Bear's weight loss, she removed 3.25 lbs. of weight from each joint. That will definitely help!
Now, can HB come and help Scotty with weight loss?
Well done Honey Bear
Jeanette and Luna. Sleep tight Oliver, our little kitty, thank you for 15 great years
