DefaultTess is doing better with the thyroid meds.

The thyroid meds seem to be helping Tess and she is finally growing more fur and has a lot more energy.
She has to have them same time each day which is 2 hours before food on an empty gut and able to have a blood test 6 hours after. Mr Erns thinks he should be feed when I get up 5.30am to give it to her, then at 6.30 when I get up and again when I feed her at 7.30. lol.

MJ I worry I will forget a dose so haven't been sleeping that well. Summer is coming so will get into a routine of getting up earlier. She is still heat seeking and gets under the sheets then twirls around making herself a sleeping bag with my blankets night. Bed looks like a bomb has gone off in it. lol

She is still skinny and he is gaining weight which makes her look thinner. I am hoping the vet will put her on different meds if he can. They are $195 for a small bottle.

Chris that is crazy expensive for the meds! I hope you can get something cheaper. There are natural ones you can buy online, but the problem is that the dose is not always exact, like it is with synthetics.
