It appears she has already been adopted. That was fast!
Shame, shame on the people that dumped her.
“If I know every single phone call you’ve made, I’m able to determine every single person you’ve talked to; I can get a pattern about your life that is very, very intrusive. And the real question here, is what do they do with this information that they collect – that does not have anything to do with al-Qaeda? And we’re gonna trust the president and the vice president that they’re doing the right thing? Don’t count me in on that.”

That was super fast! Glad someone adopted her. Shame on the folks who just gave up on her. If the rescue wasn't ready to let her be PTS, that's horrible her "family" let her go.

I can't believe someone would do that. What is wrong with people?!

Glad to hear she found a home so fast.

Paying attention as I now do to a number of kill shelter pages on FB, my faith in humanity has really taken a hit. One of the recent surrenders that really pissed me off was when a family dumped their 2 young, healthy Labs because they were going on vacation and didn't want to board them. So they left them there to be killed. Really.

The number of small puppies in kill shelters is breath-taking too. The work that people who are active in rescue do is important, heartbreaking and a bandaid at best.

If there is any justice, the people who dumped her will, themselves, rot in a terrible nursing home before they die. Thanks to whomever adopted her.

Seriously? I just put down my almost 14 (birthday in april) yr old in February and it was heartbreaking. My husband is deployed and I had to do it alone. I can't imagine her having to go through that with strangers or alone in a shelter wondering where I am. When I left her with my mother while we moved from AZ to FL (military orders) so we could get situated she didn't eat for the first week unless coaxed and practically hand fed. She whined daily. It was horrible being without her for 2 months and I paid over $600 to have her transported to us once we had a house and yard. There's no excuse besides death for leaving that old girl Breaks my heart.

I just clicked on the link... Surrendered to be euthanized?? God what is wrong with people??!! So glad she was rescued quickly. I hope her last days are wonderful.
