    DefaultPEACHES UPDATE:

    PEACHES UPDATE:
Peaches just finished her scope at MSU and the news is mixed right now. They found that one of the ureaters that was moved in her initial surgery may have narrowed which has lead to some additional leaking. She also has a fairly strong infection in that side in her kidney. The doctors at MSU say that she is a strong candidate for spincter surgery, but wouldn't even want to look at her for 4 to 6 weeks until the infection has been completely eliminated. At this point, my vet is traveling to MSU to pick her up and to meet with the doctors to discuss the long term prognosis so that we can determine what is the next step for Peaches. Thank you for your support and we'll continue to update as we make more decisions about her future!

Should we decide to move forward with the surgery, we will need to do some major fundraising, but we'll cross that bridge when/if it comes.

Dani - thank you so much for the update! You can count on me for help with additional fundraising costs. If there are no objections from the rescue I would like to post the story of Peaches in my vet's office, Maxx's training facility and a few other spots. I know every little bit will help but do not want to step on any toes!

Thanks again, Dani for all that you do.

Tammy, thank you so much! I do not mind at all if you help spread her story! Peaches is young and needs all the support (prayers and good thoughts included) until it's determined what is best for her!

Thank you for your help. We do appreciate it.
