So Bridger and Wrigley got into the house through a not so thoroughly closed door (thanks kids), and pretty much had their way.
It was a great Anniversary present to come home to (at Noon to feed them).
I took a half day and rented a Rug Doctor. It turned out better than I thought.
Oh, and they were so proud!
It looks like Febreeze carpet cleaner commercial with the stuffed animals face down.
Aaah they look so happy to see you.
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!
I was expecting one of the bears to be twitching or groaning, like it was a D-Day beachhead...
O M G, snort. They really did a "good" job, huh?
Oh my! No ill effects suffered from ingesting items they shouldn't have I hope. They do appear to be proud of their destruction!

Sometimes the hardest part isn't letting go - but learning to start over.
No ill effects....YET. I am keeping a close eye on them though.

What no garbage overturned??? No turn up tissues, unrolled toilet paper, squished plastic bottles?
There was an unrolled TP off the roller in the bathroom, I just didn't notice until later. AND it had blue dye on it from Mr. Bridger.
and when you're a Yellow Lab, you can't hide the evidence as well...
