Sorry I didn't update. Thank you for caring about my boy.
He started vomitting again. We are not sure if it is his food, pancreatitis or still from the kebab stick. The vet is going to do blood tests on Monday and checking for Addisons. We really are stumped as he looks so good. We have got him back on his meds at half daily or it will be too hard for him come winter. I am going to feed him 4 smaller meals rather than 2. Vet and I are sure it is his gut, but he isn't showing the usual signs. I think the new meds are helping which is great.
The vet keeps calling him old boy. What?? Don't burst my bubble...He isn't old are you young man. lol. Vet said I am doing too good a job with him as any other dog would have been long gone.
I am not worried at the moment as he is looking good and worrying will upset him.
I am really stumped this time. It is odd. He looks good, eating, and drinking, but so very lethargic. I have never seen him so still. He just sinks into his sheep skin bed and doesn't move. Not even when people come to the house. He won't eat an apple, and I have to call him for dinner. Usually he demands it.
He is still on the anti nausea as I don't want to take him off it until he seems better. It is so hard when they aren't right and you can't do anything.
My vet isn't doing consults today and have an appointment tomorrow. Unless he gets very sick then I will take him out. I am wondering if his leg is sore as well so the reason he isn't moving. The Llhaso goes home tomorrow.

I wish he was back to his old self.
Good thoughts for you and Ernie Chris. I hope your boy is back to his old self soon.
So do I. Yesterday someone left the fridge open and I yelled out to him to come shopping Erns. Fridge and pantry is open.
He isn't showing the normal signs of not being well which has the vet and I stumped. I am worried the signs will come and he will go down hill quickly so taking today off.
Poor guy. I hope he's back to normal soon.

I guess I missed the post about the visiting Lhasa. Could that be adding to Erns' funk?
I hope he's back on track soon, Chris. This has got to be exhausting for both of you.

I missed the info about the Lhasa too.
Good thoughts and prayers that Erns is back to normal soon.

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for much, but bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
Yes I wondered about the Llhasa. He knows her and doesn't normally get phased by things like this, but if he isn't feeling well so it could be adding to it.
If he was a couple of years younger I would blow it off, but at his age on the slippery slope it seems to matter more.
Hoping you can figure out what is going on. Smooch to Erns.
Isn't it great to have a sister
