    DefaultRisked life and limb !

Young male dog walker with a boxer and a Scottie !

It was foul weather - no excuse - didn't pick up after the Scottie and walked well past his dog!

i shouted "do you want a bag mate ?"....no comment

I shouted again and he reluctantly turned to say yes mumbling something about rushing out of his house and forgot the bags ! Yeah right !

Result - at least he picked it up !

Good Show! However, in his defense - I'd probably ignore a mad Englishman without pants yelling at me!

Good for you!! LOL, I've chased after people waving a baggie at them saying "I noticed you didn't have a bag so I thought you might want one" ...

I've done the same thing.....although maybe not as polite as you were. It really bugs me when people don't pick up.

Trouble is, these days people are more and more often carrying knives - especially youngsters, and as he was wearing a hoodie ( they are more threatening in those aren't they ) I chose to play it safe.

Even worse is that his dog pooped right next to the children's play area !

I don't blame you for being cautious. It's a different world we live in these days. We live in a small town and I know many of the people. Doubt I'd be brave enough to say anything to someone who looked at all iffy. Actually I'm pretty polite too.

Maybe you should've slipped a bar of soap for that response!
