Last night, the boys actually played bitey face! Then Champ butt-tucked through the house a couple of times.
Bill would never let them play in the house, though I encouraged it when he wasn't home. Buddy is not interested in playing much, though Champ was always trying to entice him.
They had one of those 'indestructible ducks' that was in pieces, too small to play with, so I took it away from Buddy before he ate it. Then it started, Champ trying to get Buddy to play. Well, Buddy finally responded with a jump back at Champ instead of turning his back, and they went at it for a few minutes. I was so tickled! I sat back on the love seat and pulled my feet up out of the way and just let them go. When Budman decided he was done, Champ butt-tucked around like a loon with the silliest grin on his face.
My boys are healing. Thank You, God.
Jackie, Champ, and Buddy

Love JL. Justlabradors.com!!!
Awww Jackie!! that is wonderful to hear!
Jackie that is wonderful. All will be well now.
I know exactly how exciting a 2 min bitey face is and not daring to move in case they stop. Erns was so lonely after Gems left I started to play bitey face with oven gloves on, so his teeth didn't get my hands.
Bitey face tells you that all is well.
It's amazing how something so "small" can make your heart feel so good. It's the little things, after all!
A good game of bitey face is needed every now and again
