    DefaultMy son and His dog.

Amazing how much dogs really know. While Hurricaine Sandy was visiting our house (Thankfully we didn't take any damage like a lot did) Our Black Lab, stayed very close on guard with the kids. Here is a pic I took of him and my son sleeping during the height of the storm.

Newton is doing well. He is in a loving home, and his family is watching his weight, and he lives the life of a King. Recently she sent me a message that she took her lab out bird hunting. Something Newt never had done. She brought him home a bird (Chucker?) and he went nuts. From pictures and updates I get on him, he is now a dog that sleeps in beds, and on the couch. So over all I think he has a good match. She updates me often, and keeps me in the loop of what is going on with him. Thanks for asking. The one thing I find amazing, he never would sleep with our lab. His Lab brother now, a lot of the pics she sends, is of the two of them sleeping together. So overall I think he is adjusting well.

That is a marvelous picture. I think both are comforting each other.
