UnhappyLab not eating food, very worried!

My 11 month old Max has stopped eating food for some reason. It started almost a month back when Max started vomiting on daily basis. He had loose motions too. I took him to vet and he was diagnosed with a severe stomach infection (probably he ate the stuffing of his stuffed toy). After a course of antibiotics he got a bit better. I started giving him boiled chicken with royal canin and things worked well for a week or so. but then he got a ligament tear in his shoulder and we stopped taking him out for play. The vet asked us to put him on bed rest and to take him out for just 5 mins twice a day so that he may relieve his bowel. bUT, Since yesterday MAX is not eating anything, not even chicken for which he would have given his right eye under normal circumstances.

Also, i bought a pug puppy 3 weeks back and i thought that Max is not eating because of emotional issues. But the two get along well. Lastly, i can see initial signs of 'puberty' in Max. I really dont know what has happened to my baby and i am desperate to help him out. I am going to take him to vet again and he will do some blood tests. but in the mean time can any of you make something out of this?? any sort of help will be greatly appreciated..

    Thnx

He could be in pain. Sometimes dogs won't eat if they hurt. With the shoulder tear, that could be the problem. Try a little plain yogurt. Sometimes that is cooling on an upset stomach. Since this has been going on for awhile, tests at the vet are in order. Has he thrown up anymore since you cleared up the stomach infection? Is he pooping and peeing normally? With everything going on with him, I would get to the vet sooner rather than later. Please keep us updated. Poor MAX! How did he tear his shoulder? Are yu keeping him crated? Are you giving benadryl or anything to keep him quiet? This can affect appetite.

He is not even eating yogurt. vomited again today and tummy is upset again.
We do not crate him. he is quiet so no medication required for that.
Have no clue how the tear happened. we just noticed him limping one day!

Update: took him to the vet after he vomited and passed loose stool. vet says there is some internal bleeding and has fever as well. he did the blood work. waiting for the results. might have an xray as well. we are not supposed to give him food or not. he is going to be on drips(IV) for few days

Poor guy, hope it's nothing serious.
The photo is adorable! Not a fan of pugs, but very much love
that the little pug is all cozy on Max. Oh so cute!

blood tests done, vet didn't find anything wrong with Max. Will go for the X-Ray now. However, after the 2nd course of medication, Max is not puking and is passing normal stool. Thankfully, he is eating food in small quantities and is playing with Mango (my 3 month old pug). Thanks a lot for all your support and prayers
