Madison in the Woof Wagon last night, (mobile groomer)

She didn't take to much to the blow dryer or nail clipping!!!!

She seems to be growing up so fast !

What did she get in to that she needed a bath?

Unless she gets into something stinky, you really don't need to bathe a Lab, and then you just need to do a spot wash. A good brushing twice a week will keep them clean. Bathing will strip the coat of its natural oils and may cause skin issues.

She goes to doggy daycare everyday. She's romping with the dogs all day and after many months she needed one ... so her next one won't be for another 6 months or so, my last labby went to the groomer twice a year ... Madison is brushed on a normal basis ... so this is not good? twice a year?

I don't understand why you feel she needs one even twice a year. My dogs all romp together every day. My 13½ year old has never had a bath. None of my dogs have had baths. As stated above, I wouldn't bathe unless she gets into something stinky and rolls in it.
