Thank you. I am sorry I haven't updated. It has been a wait and see all day. She is home.
Glad she's home.
Unfortunately she is back at the vets. Her leg has doubled in size and she hasn't peed and not drinking. This afternoon the vet said it could be pain and she isn't showing it. They are putting her on a drip with more pain killers.
That poor girl. She must be going through hell not to mention the worry for you.
I hope you're not paying for this.
It is a worry. Could be something totally unrelated to the fall, but inclinced to think it is. As far as I know I am not paying. Hamish to young vet must be feeling so bad. He is going to pulled over the coals tomorrow when the head vet comes in. I hope he doesn't get into too much trouble. It was an unfortunate accident and being too hard on him won't change anything. We could say who ever feed the dogs is partly responsible for leaving the food on the floor.
